Scope
Solidify is a digital visualization and real estate technology business based in Ontario, Canada. These terms concern access to Solidify’s marketing website at solidify.so and its informational materials. They do not replace a signed client services agreement, statement of work, property purchase agreement, or the terms of a client-operated experience.
Permitted use
You may browse the site and use its contact details to make legitimate inquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Solidify name, website design, text, renders, animations, and other materials belong to Solidify or their respective owners and licensors. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to reproduce, distribute, sell, or reuse these materials beyond rights permitted by law or express written permission.
Illustrative visualizations
Renders, floor plans, virtual environments, dimensions, finishes, landscaping, amenities, and animations are illustrative marketing materials. They may represent concepts or proposed developments and may change. They are not a promise of construction details, availability, pricing, or a completed property’s appearance unless expressly incorporated into the relevant signed agreement.
Confirm property specifications, measurements, finishes, pricing, and availability with the developer and the applicable purchase documents. Do not rely on a visualization as a substitute for those documents or professional advice.
Project inquiries and client agreements
An inquiry or discussion does not create a services contract or reserve project capacity. A separate signed agreement and statement of work should define deliverables, fees, timelines, revisions, payment, confidentiality, and ownership or licensing of project assets.
Accuracy, availability, and external links
Website information may be incomplete or out of date. The site may change or become unavailable. External links are provided for convenience; their operators control their content and terms. A link does not imply an endorsement or guarantee.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational materials are provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
See the Privacy policy and Cookie policy for the current website’s information handling and tracking setup.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to rights and protections that cannot legally be waived. We will reflect changes in the updated date above and communicate them where required by law.
